REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS

All items are fully cooked except where indicated. Unless otherwise noted, reheat all foods until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Check internal temperature with a cooking thermometer inserted into thickest part of the food (without touching the bone in meats). Reheating times may vary based on oven type, accuracy of oven temperature, container size, type and quantity of food, and/or other variables.

 

CRISPY ROASTED POTATOES WITH DUCK FAT

INGREDIENTS: Organic Yukon Gold Potatoes, Baking Soda, Rendered Duck Fat, Organic Rosemary, Garlic, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Parsley.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Cover with aluminum foil. Heat for 10-12 minutes (or longer if necessary) covered until heated through.

 

DUCK CONFIT

INGREDIENTS: Duck Legs, Rendered Duck Fat, Shio Koji, Whole Black Peppercorns, Star Anise Pods.

Preheat oven to 425°F.  Cover with a foil tent for the first 10-15 minutes. Uncover and heat for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
 

BEEF WELLINGTON

INGREDIENTS: Beef Tenderloin, Puff Pastry, Bacon, Unsalted Butter, Mushrooms, Shallot, EVOO, Garlic, Thyme, Dry Sherry, Dijon Mustard, Prosciutto, Egg, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

Place the beef wellington on a wire rack with a baking tray underneath. Set the oven to 250°F (120°C) and cover the wellington loosely with foil. Let it reheat for 40-60 minutes. To crisp the pastry, take the foil off for the last 4-5 minutes of heating.

Let the beef wellington rest for a few minutes before serving.

GLUTEN-FREE CINNAMON ROLLS

INGREDIENTS: Gluten Free Flour, Active Dry Yeast, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Unsalted Butter, Pecans, Cinnamon, Light Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Sea Salt, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract.

For best results, keep cinnamon rolls in freezer and pull the night before to fridge. When ready to bake, pull an hour before baking and let them sit at room temperature and puff up.

OVEN: Preheat oven to 350°F. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.

INGREDIENTS: Flour, Active Dry Yeast, Eggs, Sugar, Milk, Unsalted Butter, Pecans, Cinnamon, Light Brown Sugar, Nutmeg, Sea Salt, Powdered Sugar, Cream Cheese, Vanilla Extract.

ROASTED OYSTER MUSHROOMS

INGREDIENTS: Wye Mountain Oyster Mushrooms, EVOO, Miso, Sherry Vinegar, Shallot Oil, Mustard, Sage, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove mushroom roast from packaging and place on a lined baking sheet. Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until heated through.

 

WINTER ROASTED VEGGIES

INGREDIENTS: Carrots, Parsnips, Sweet Potatoes, Dijon Mustard, Maple Syrup, EVOO, Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

Preheat oven to 350°F and cover with foil. Heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and uncover for the last 5 minutes.

 

GF SAUSAGE BALLS

INGREDIENTS: Sausage, Cheddar Cheese, Flour (or GF Flour), Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Butter, Egg, Milk, Dijon Mustard, Thyme, Sea Salt, Black Pepper.

INGREDIENTS FOR DIPPING SAUCE: Sour Cream, Sriracha, Smoked Spanish Paprika, Sea Salt, Dried Parsley Flakes.

Preheat oven to 350°F and cover with foil. Heat in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and uncover for the last 5 minutes.

 

TAHINI GINGER CARROTS

INGREDIENTS: Organic Carrots, EVOO, Lemon Juice, Cilantro, Organic Tahini.

No need to reheat.
